Three important and portable skills

Three important and portable skills that you should have and carry with you everywhere in your career and life are the ability to

1. provide first aid/ECC (emergency cardiopulmonary care),

2. perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and

3. use an AED (automated external defibrillator)

These skills are a Life-saving Trilogy.

Your learning and applying these skills can save a life. Encouraging others to learn and apply these skills can save your or someone else’s life.
